Thuppakki is one of the more anticipated film Kollywood. AR Murugadoss to direct it with Vijay and Kajal Aggarwal n lead, which currently has decided to recreate the film in Hindi as well.
We listened to his Mumbai visit last month to shoot the same film, Murugadoss met up with Akshay Kumar and discussed his idea of recreating the same film in Hindi. The actor, who is currently working on a remake of the southern Rawdy Rathore, loved the script and agreed to co-produce it too.
The latest update on this one is that Akshay is keen to get Katrina Kaif on this project. Very few know that Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra were considered role opposite Vijay in the Tamil version, but eventually it was Kajal Aggarwal who bagged the role.
Interestingly, the Thuppakki s Hindi remake begin in november this year and the original southern film will release around the same time. Now the question will Katrina steer his dates to Akshay film, when she shot Yash Raj Films moment and then she moves right into the shooting of Dhoom 3?
