The 'Race 2' producer Ramesh Taurani on the warpath. A few days ago, the filmmaker filed a complaint with CINTAA (Cine & TV artistes Association) against Deepika Padukone who left his project after shooting for it for six days.

The actor was one of the biggest names in the star cast including Saif Ali Khan and John Abraham. Involved the second part of the 2009 film 'Race' to be more glamourous and expensive than the first one and Deepika was initially excited to be part of the Abbas-Mustan directed enterprise. But for reasons best known to her, she decided to walk out of the movie after signing up for it.

Taurani is not known but its 'unprofessional' and its action 'unethical', he also decided to take legal action and complaints to CINTAA, marking the message out to Deepika, she informed the filmmakers about the grouse.

Apparently, Taurani waited for Deepika to change her mind but she was adamant she did not want to do 'Race 2' more.

According to the rules and regulations of the CINTAA, artiste fails to respond to complaints received, the case referred to the FWICE (Federation of Western India Cine Employees). And then, if the artiste turns a blind eye to FWICE decision, if he / she is liable to face NCD (Non-Co-Guide).

Therefore, if Taurani filed a complaint against Deepika and has a contract with her, she will honor the dates she had allotted him. If she gives the same dates for any other producer, she can not shoot for another project.

Sources close to the actor refused to sign any contract. They claim that Deepika Taurani sure this film would be completed by September 2011 but he did not even out properly.

Now, Deepika agreed to meet Secretary General CINTAA FWICE president Dharmesh Tiwari and resolve the matter.
